after a lot of bad experience with other people .. i have problems to talk about my feelings, thoughts, fears .. or whatever regarding to emotions.
i also can’t talk about stuff that’s pissing me off (when it is related to emotions). i mean i dont wanna tell you what happened to me. i want to change it! but i have no idea how … i dont know how to handle these fears!
i guess everyone knows situations like that. but how do you handle them? or what have you done to conquer your fears?
